Careers

We don’t care what’s on your resume. We care what’s in your future.

This page is more of a general overview of our management style. We hope you think we’re cool! To see the positions we are actively scouting for, please go to our Wanted page.

Not Your Average Employer

About 97% of our positions are fully remote, which means you can live anywhere in the world and work for us! We are always hiring for your dream job, as long as you can convince us you’re the perfect candidate for it. What we mean is that we want you to pitch us on your skills and ambition, and if you’re cool enough we’ll find opportunities to include you.

Trimodal Management Style

We’re actually split into two different styles of management, Theory X and Theory Y. To summarize, Theory X means we pay as little as possible to obtain a certain result and don’t trust the workers to do a good job. Theory Y means we pay generously to align the worker’s interest with the company’s interest and trust the workers to do a good job. It’s a much better lifestyle to be a Theory Y worker, but to be one you have to be quite skilled and valuable, and you often have to figure out on your own how to maximize your value. There’s a much lower barrier to entry to be a Theory X worker, and there’s a much more rigid management structure with much better-defined tasks. Selected partners tend to fall under Theory Z.
